Consent to the processing of personal data of individuals


By leaving an application on this website, the User accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter - Consent).

5. The basis for the processing of personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this consent to the processing of personal data

7. Personal data are processed until the individual unsubscribes from advertising and newsletters. The processing of personal data may also be discontinued upon request of the subject of personal data.

8. Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or by his/her representative by sending a written request to the administration of the site at petrova-e-v@yandex.ru.

9. In case of a revocation by the subject of the personal data or his/her representative of the consent to processing of the personal data Petrova Elena has the right to continue processing of the personal data without the consent of the subject of the personal data in the presence of the bases specified in points 2 article 11 part 1 article 6, part 2 article 10 and part 2 article 11 of the Federal law №152-FZ "On Personal Data" from 27.07.2006.

10. The present Consent is valid all the time till the moment of termination of processing of the personal data specified in clauses 7 and 8 of the given Consent.
